Our client is one of the world's leading international cosmetics companies. The company was looking to attract both domestic and foreign candidates who met its high recruitment standards. Considering that recruitment efforts were based in Jakarta and the operational budget was limited, sourcing foreign candidates presented EXPERD with a unique challenge.
EXPERD designed an e-recruitment system that enabled foreign candidates to participate in the recruitment process. The evaluation process was facilitated by a variety of online tests also developed by EXPERD. Interviews were conducted via webcam and recorded to capture the essence of the material.
EXPERD successfully fulfilled the client's recruitment targets without burdening the client with high costs.
